Our teams conduct thorough reference confirmation from past and sometimes current client sources. In most cases, the consultant has multiple references to offer and our teams check these before the process gets too far along. In some cases, the current employer is best shielded from the activity of the candidate considering leaving their employment. However, in many cases, even their current managers are aware and forthcoming with information regarding their experience with the candidate.
