Philosophy

We believe that in too many organizations, the word “human” has become an afterthought and “capital” has come to represent a common view of businesses’ most important asset – people. It is a perspective born from the flexibility and cost control made possible by the contingent labor model. Like many new avenues of efficiency, it was explored to the point of diminishing returns.

We believe that there is a balance to be struck between the thirst for cost effectiveness that contemporary organizations experience and the need for the kind of true strategic advantage that can only come from the right people working in the right environments.
