Purpose

Willis Group is looking for our purpose… Not that we don’t already have one. We just think that when we better understand it and share it with you, that you will help us fulfill it and hold us accountable when we don’t. We think a well defined purpose will serve as the framework for putting our values into action.

Values

Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Diversity, Leadership, Personal Development, Accountability and Stewardship. These are good and we’ll always strive for them. They’ve been with us for several years.

But, we think they are pretty basic and some variation of them travels with all of us from job to job losing meaning along the way. They are a little like the Golden Rule… sort of baseline expectations.

So, stay tuned. Our whole team is on a mission to find OUR values. Highly relevant values that feed our purpose, that truly excite us, that might even challenge us beyond our level of comfort.
