Processes

Our processes are designed to fully scope our clients’ needs and the objective and subjective requirements of individual roles. Armed with this information, recruiters then validate candidate hard skills and soft skills relative to the client requirement before ever submitting a resume.

Willis Group is currently working with a prestigious local graduate business school to develop a formal process allowing us to assess and match organizational culture with candidate preferences and attitudes. All things being equal, cultural fit can be the difference between happy, successful tenure and disruptive, costly turnover.
