Daniel D. Lensgraf

Mr. Lensgraf is an accomplished financial management professional with a 22-year career track record, including 15 years as a Chief Financial Officer, where he has been responsible for accounting, budgeting, collections, internal audit, tax, financial reporting, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations.

Mr. Lensgraf has served as CFO for firms in the software and service industries as well as telecommunications. He has extensive experience in capital formation as well as mergers and acquisitions having worked on more than a dozen acquisition transactions and the related financing.

Lensgraf earned his B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and his M.B.A. in Finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
