Adam N. Gould


Vice President – Marketing

Joining the Willis Group in August 2010, Adam was charged with developing a formal Marketing function to accelerate existing growth and build and refine various aspects of the Willis Group family of brands. Reporting to the President and CEO, he is responsible for all marketing, brand management, and communications activities. Adam also plays key roles in service and solution development as well as in the cultural direction of our companies.

Previously, Adam invested 5 years in various Sales Support and Marketing roles with COMSYS, an international IT staffing, technical solutions and managed services provider. Prior to the acquisition of COMSYS by Manpower, Adam directed all marketing, communications, sales support and branding activities including the re-brand and identity development of COMSYS’ managed service provider business line. During his tenure, Adam built and managed a centralized proposal support department with win ratios consistently exceeding 45%.

In April of 2010, COMSYS was acquired by Manpower to complement its Manpower Professional brand. The combined leadership team appointed Adam as Marketing Integration Team Lead where he managed integration planning activities and execution across numerous functional areas.

Before joining COMSYS, Adam served in a variety of creative and sales support functions both as a consultant and in staff roles with American Express, HealthLink, and Navisite (formerly Interliant). His work history also includes several years in commercial real estate brokerage, graphic design and marketing consulting.

Adam received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Pitzer College, a member of the Claremont Colleges consortium.
